Fire Awareness Safety Training

Does your employees know how to respond in the event of a fire? Our basic fire safety awareness training course will teach employees how to prevent fires from starting, how to use a fire extinguisher and what to do when a fire starts in the workplace.

The OSHA requires that all workplaces have the basic necessities to practice good fire safety. These include, but are not limited to: exits, emergency escape routes, emergency plans, and fire extinguishers. Fire safety in the workplace is an important topic that all employees need to be aware about. Fires can be extremely dangerous, and this course will provide a way to get all employees on the same page about what to do in this dangerous setting.

The key is training, knowledge, and preventative measures. It’s important that businesses establish and implement fire safety programs and that all employees are involved. Fire safety training kits should cover all vital elements such as hazard recognition, prevention, and response. Use these fire safety basics to get you started.

Training on fire awareness safety is incredibly important, as failure to comply with government fire safety regulations could potentially lead to prosecution, fines or legal claims. Fire safety awareness training is therefore compulsory for all organisations.

Have a greater awareness and understanding of the threat posed by fire, their personal responsibility in preventing an outbreak where they work and, on the action to be taken should one occur?

Enable the student and employee to tackle a fire in its incipient stages, in the correct and safe manner, using the correct extinguishing medium.

Fire warden training is generally undertaken by enough staff within a workplace to ensure you always have an adequate number of trained people within a building to ensure the correct preventative (and, if necessary) emergency procedures to keep your workplace safe.
